Are you ready to ride? If so, Mapleway is a great place to start! We offer a lesson program for all age levels and skill levels, from absolute beginners to advanced riders. Our exceptional, highly trained and kind horses are our best instructors! We offer a super riding program that focuses on safety, proper basics, confidence and communication with the horses. Our program follows the Ontario Equestrian Rider Levels 1 to 10.

Private, Small Group, and Introductory Lessons.

​Riding Lessons (Introductory to Level 3) are tought by a Junior Instructor and are 45 minutes in length.

Private or small group lesson sizes are determined by level and type of skills being taught.

Do you have previous riding experience? Are you coming from another program? You know how to ride, but you’re not quite sure where to start? Start here, with an Assessment Session. Extended private lesson with a Senior Instructor and review meeting afterwards. This is a super way for us to get to know new riders and decide together where to start in the Mapleway program!

Everyone who is a client at Mapleway is encourage to attend the monthly, unmounted theory nights. There is no cost to attend. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the horses, their care, health, biomechanics and more! Meet your fellow riders and enjoy spending some extra time at the farm with your horsey friends (both four and two legged!)
